Contact Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Tropical General Investments is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis working remotely from Lagos, NG. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively. 4. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer needs. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service experience. 6. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the database. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 2. Adaptable to changing priorities and challenges. 3. Demonstrated leadership skills in a customer service or call center environment. 4. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. 5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
