Job Description:
Fidelity Bank is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. As a part-time associate-level position, the Customer Care Assistant will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role and possess key personality traits such as resilience and resourcefulness.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner. 3. Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution. 4. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives. 6. Keep abreast of product and service offerings to effectively assist customers. 7. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience. 8. Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve customer service processes.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience, preferably in the banking or finance industry. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers. 3. Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills. 4. Resilient and resourceful personality traits. 5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus.
