Job Description - Customer Care Assistant - Work from home

As a Customer Care Assistant at Seplat Petroleum Development, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service from the comfort of your own home in Ibadan, Nigeria. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is perfect for individuals who are adaptable and driven.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Provide information about products and services - Maintain customer records and update databases - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed performance targets set by management


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems - Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes - Strong negotiation and cooperation skills
