Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Customer Care Associate to join our team at DHL in Abuja, NG. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Managing customer accounts and processing orders accurately - Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance customer experience - Providing feedback and suggestions to enhance customer service processes - Upholding company values and policies in all customer interactions

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent leadership abilities - Reliable and hardworking personality traits - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
