Job Description - Customer Care Associate - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Customer Care Associate to join our team at Shell in Ibadan, NG. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products and services, as well as resolve customer complaints or issues. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Maintain a high level of knowledge about company policies and procedures. 5. Use adaptability and negotiation skills to meet customer needs and exceed expectations. 6. Utilize company systems and software to track customer interactions and improve service delivery.


Requirements: 1. At least 1 year of customer service experience. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Must be dedicated to providing exceptional customer care. 6. Energetic and positive attitude towards work.
