Job Description - Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Airtel Nigeria is seeking a passionate and resourceful Customer Care Manager to join our team in Port Harcourt. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Customer Care Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of customer care operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction - Manage a team of customer care representatives and ensure they are meeting performance targets and KPIs - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and implement improvements - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for customer care staff to enhance their skills and performance - Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new customer care team members - Prepare and present reports on customer care performance and trends to senior management


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer care or a related field - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Resourceful problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
