Job Description - Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Cowrywise is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Manager to join our team in Ibadan, Nigeria. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support. This part-time position is suited for a candidate with 8 years of experience and a mid-to-senior level of seniority.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the customer care team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery - Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Train and mentor customer care staff to enhance their skills and performance - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer service, with a demonstrated track record of success - Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) - Adaptable and hardworking - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and presentation skills
