Job Description - Remote Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


NNPC Limited is looking for a Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with mid-to-senior level experience in customer care management.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer care representatives, ensuring they meet performance goals and provide exceptional service to customers. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. - Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. - Conduct regular training sessions to keep remote team members up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. - Analyze data to track key performance indicators and adjust strategies accordingly.


Requirements: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer care management. - Independent and hardworking personality traits. - Strong strategic planning and leadership skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in remote team management tools and software. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
