Job Description - Remote Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


PwC Nigeria is seeking a skilled and experienced Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. This part-time position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in customer care management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the customer care team, ensuring efficient and effective operations. 2. Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Train, mentor, and support customer care staff to meet performance targets and goals. 4. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 6. Implement and maintain customer care policies and procedures. 7. Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. 8. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on customer care performance.


Requirements: 1. Adaptable and dedicated personality traits. 2. Strong time management and leadership skills. 3. Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer care management. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred). 7. Proficiency in CRM software and other customer care tools. 8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
