Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


SLB is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Care Manager to work from home in Port Harcourt, NG. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service or related fields.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage a team of remote customer care representatives. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure prompt resolution. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 5. Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure team goals are met. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Develop training programs and resources for team members. 8. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer care.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. 4. Proven leadership experience in a remote work environment. 5. Ability to work independently and effectively manage a remote team. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
