Job Description:

IHS Towers is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Care Officer to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person - Resolve customer complaints in a polite and efficient manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with any questions or concerns - Update customer records in the database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with our services

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Confidence in dealing with a diverse range of customers - Ability to research and problem solve effectively - Reliable and dependable - A sense of ownership and responsibility in providing excellent customer care
