Job Description - Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


Paystack is looking for a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service. The successful candidate will be energetic, hardworking, and possess excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a satisfactory and timely manner - Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintaining customer records and updating information in the database - Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and issues effectively - Providing feedback to management on customer trends and recurring issues - Continuously improving customer service processes and procedures


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
