Job Description:

MTN is seeking a Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. This is a part-time position at the entry level, perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the customer service industry. As a Remote Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Educate customers on products and services offered by MTN - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets

Requirements: - Motivated and confident individual with a passion for helping others - Excellent people management skills and ability to handle challenging situations with grace - Strong communication and critical thinking skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - No prior experience required, on-the-job training provided
