Job Description:
Airtel Nigeria is seeking a Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Provide product information and assistance to customers. 4. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. 7. Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements: 1. Motivated and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong teamwork skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues. 3. Experience in project management is a plus. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
