Job Description - Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


Chevron Nigeria in Ibadan, NG is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team on a part-time basis at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and possess personality traits such as adaptability and passion. Additionally, the candidate should exhibit soft skills like emotional intelligence and planning.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Educate customers on products, services, and promotions offered by Chevron Nigeria. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Adaptability and passion for providing top-notch customer care. 6. Emotional intelligence and excellent planning skills.
