Job Description:
As a Customer Care Representative for MainOne, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for our clients. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Ibadan, NG. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues with a focus on first-call resolution - Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and general support to customers - Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the company database - Collaborating with other team members to address complex customer needs - Continuously improving customer service skills and product knowledge through training and development programs - Adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive attitude and demeanor with customers
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred - Strong communication skills with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software - Resilient and confident with the ability to handle challenging customer situations professionally - Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer needs - High school diploma or equivalent required
