Remote Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:

Julius Berger Nigeria is seeking a Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer care, be reliable, and motivated.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints through phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide information about products and services, resolve customer issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Meet or exceed customer service goals and objectives. 6. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer care or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strategic planning and time management skills. 6. Reliable and motivated personality traits.
