Job Description - Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


Procter & Gamble Nigeria is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Lagos. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation of interactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. 5. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 7. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process enhancements.


Requirements: 1. Driven and reliable individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 2. Strong negotiation skills and ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
