Job Description - Customer Care Specialist

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 3. Providing information to customers about the products and services offered by First Bank of Nigeria. 4. Processing customer transactions accurately and securely. 5. Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues. 6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the resolution of their issues. 8. Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers.


Requirements: 1. Four years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 5. Project management skills. 6. Dedicated and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software.
