Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Jumia in Lagos, Nigeria. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively. 3. Providing product information and recommendations to customers. 4. Processing orders and returns accurately. 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Conducting data analysis to identify trends and improve customer service procedures. 8. Assisting in the development of training materials for new hires.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 7. Dedicated to maintaining customer satisfaction. 8. Visa sponsorship requirement for international candidates.
