Remote Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Access Bank is looking for a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Lagos, NG on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require 4 years of experience in customer service roles. We are seeking individuals who are adaptable and confident in their abilities, with a strong emphasis on cooperation and analysis.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues with a focus on providing exceptional service - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Updating customer accounts and records accurately - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilizing problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required
