Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Fidelity Bank in Lagos, NG is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, and to handle and resolve complaints. 2. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently. 4. Assist in opening and closing customer accounts. 5. Help customers with account inquiries, balance discrepancies, and account maintenance. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth customer service experience.

Requirements: 1. Must possess a driven and dedicated personality. 2. Strong analytical and strategic planning skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
