Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and driven Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Huawei in Abuja, NG. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person 2. Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner 3. Processing customer orders and returns accurately 4. Maintaining customer records and updating databases 5. Assisting with inventory management and restocking products 6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 7. Providing feedback to improve customer service processes 8. Assisting with ad-hoc tasks as needed

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Strong problem-solving abilities 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite 6. Ability to work flexible hours 7. Motivated and driven personality traits 8. Strong innovation and time management skills
