Customer Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team at Nestlé, based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. This is a part-time, entry-level position where you will have the opportunity to work from home.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support through various channels including phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Build and maintain strong customer relationships - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Adaptability to changing situations and priorities - Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
