Job Description - Customer Service Manager


Job Description:


The Customer Service Manager at UBA Group will be responsible for leading and managing the customer service team to ensure exceptional customer service delivery. This individual will oversee all customer interactions, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. The Customer Service Manager will also collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures.


Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise the customer service team to ensure efficient and effective operations. 2. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Monitor customer service metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. 5. Work cross-functionally with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes. 6. Train and coach customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service. 7. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. 8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 9. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.


Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in customer service management. 2. Strong leadership and management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Resourceful and independent. 5. Problem-solving and negotiation skills. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. 8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
