Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Cowrywise is seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Manager to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. As a mid-to-senior level position, the Customer Service Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent service delivery to our valued customers.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve overall customer satisfaction - Train, mentor, and motivate customer service representatives to provide exceptional service to customers - Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Monitor customer service metrics and develop strategies to improve performance and efficiency - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to customer service representatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service management - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically - Excellent people management skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
