Job Description - Customer Service Manager

As a Customer Service Manager at Seplat Petroleum Development in Abuja, NG, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. This part-time position is best suited for individuals with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and who possess the personality traits of independence and hardworking nature.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee a team of customer service representatives to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to continuously improve customer experience. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions. 6. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 7. Conduct regular training sessions for customer service staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. 8. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to foster long-term partnerships.


Requirements: 1. At least 6 years of experience in a customer service management role. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Emotional intelligence and strong planning skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
