Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:

IHS Towers is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Service Manager to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. As a mid-to-senior level position, the successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer service management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Train and mentor customer service representatives - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to improve overall performance - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely resolutions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer service

Requirements: - Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced environments - Time management skills to prioritize multiple tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred

Personality Traits: - Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Reliable in meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations

Soft Skills: - Adaptability to navigate various customer service scenarios - Strong time management skills to juggle multiple tasks efficiently
