Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


AB InBev is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. This is a part-time position that allows for remote work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service to customers.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members - Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service staff - Create reports and presentations to communicate key metrics and insights to senior management


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a customer service role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in people management and strategic planning - Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
