Job Description:


Julius Berger Nigeria is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Service Manager to work from home in Lagos. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team, responding to customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a part-time, mid-to-senior level position that requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the customer service team to ensure high quality service delivery - Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and social media - Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Monitor customer service metrics and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Develop and implement customer service training programs for team members - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively - Persuasion and presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
