Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Service Officer to join our team at DHL in Lagos, NG. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Processing orders and tracking shipments - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues
Requirements: - 2 years of customer service experience - Strong project management skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently - Motivated and reliable individual - Bachelor's degree preferred
