Job Description - Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer at 9mobile located in Ibadan, Nigeria. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner 3. Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, and technical support 4. Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently 5. Maintain customer records and information up to date 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 7. Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and implement solutions 8. Stay up to date on company products and services to better assist customers


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 5. Adaptable to changing priorities and situations 6. Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions 7. Reliable and dependable work ethic 8. Ability to work effectively in a team environment 9. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications 10. No prior experience required, as training will be provided
