Customer Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team at Globacom. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Abuja, NG. As an Associate Level Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. 2. Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and patience. 3. Assist customers with product information, technical support, and account management. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 7. Meet and exceed customer service targets and KPIs.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Confident and hardworking personality traits. 3. Excellent people management and communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
