Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

ExxonMobil in Ibadan, NG is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers and adaptable to different situations.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, or in person 2. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately 3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide customers with relevant information 4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues in a timely manner 5. Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent customer experience 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure 2. Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred 3. Excellent cooperation and teamwork skills 4. Critical thinking skills to solve complex problems effectively 5. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service 6. Adaptability to changing customer needs and demands
