Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

NNPC Limited is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. As an Associate Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers via phone, email, and in person to provide assistance and support. 2. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed. 3. Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately and efficiently. 4. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers. 7. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and suggestions for improvement. 8. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and services to customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Adaptable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong persuasion skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software applications. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
