Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Dangote Group is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Abuja, NG. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This position is at an Associate level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person 2. Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner 3. Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate and on-time delivery 4. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Documenting customer interactions and feedback for future reference

Requirements: 1. Driven and confident personality traits 2. Attention to detail and strong people management skills 3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer service software
