Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at MainOne in Port Harcourt, NG. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Providing product and service information to customers - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Identifying and escalating priority issues to management - Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and driven personality - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Leadership skills to lead by example and inspire others - Ability to adapt to changes quickly and efficiently - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software - Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
