Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Paystack is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are independent, energetic, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints or issues by identifying the root cause and finding a suitable solution - Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and build strong relationships - Collaborate with other teams within the company to address complex customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively manage people - Persuasive in nature with the ability to influence others positively - High school diploma or equivalent - No previous customer service experience required - Must be independent, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
