Job Description - Customer Service Representative


Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Service Representative at Eko Electricity Distribution in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Process customer orders and payments - Maintain customer records and ensure accuracy in all interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and needs - Assist in training new customer service representatives as needed


Requirements: - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Strong negotiation and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
