Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Konga Group is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Lagos, Nigeria. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in customer service who are passionate and driven individuals. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and decision-making skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed customer service goals and KPIs

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Passionate and driven attitude - Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
