Customer Service Representative

Interswitch Group is seeking a driven and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Abuja, NG on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Assisting customers with product information, orders, and returns - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation - Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively - Creativity in finding solutions to customer issues - Strategic planning skills for long-term customer relationships - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent

Personality traits: - Driven to succeed and exceed customer expectations - Motivated to grow within the company and provide excellent service

Soft skills: - Creativity in finding solutions to complex customer issues - Strategic planning for building strong customer relationships
