Job Description - Customer Service Representative - Work from home

Wema Bank is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and a comfortable working environment in Port Harcourt, NG.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintaining accurate customer records and information - Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is a plus


Personality traits: - Driven: Ability to stay motivated and focused on achieving goals - Passionate: Genuine interest in providing excellent customer service


Soft skills: - Analysis: Ability to analyze customer needs and develop appropriate solutions - Innovation: Capacity to think creatively and propose innovative solutions
