Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Kuda Bank. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Lagos, NG. As an Associate-level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing accurate information and timely solutions - Process customer orders and requests in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their questions and concerns - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and improve overall service quality - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards customer service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and adaptable to changing customer needs - Proficient in basic computer skills and software applications
