Job Description:


Ikeja Electric is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Customer Service Representative to work from home in Port Harcourt, NG. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be driven, and have excellent negotiation and planning skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with billing inquiries, service complaints, and technical support - Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Process customer orders and requests accurately - Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services - Meet or exceed KPIs and performance targets


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service - Energetic and driven personality - Strong negotiation and planning skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
