Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Farmcrowdy is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Lagos, NG. This part-time entry-level position requires no prior experience but is ideal for adaptable and dedicated individuals who possess strong problem-solving and persuasion skills. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients and helping to ensure their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 3. Educate customers on our products and services to help them make informed decisions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 5. Document customer interactions and feedback to help inform product improvements and enhancements. 6. Act as a mediator between customers and the company to ensure all concerns are addressed and resolved effectively. 7. Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment focused on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Requirements: 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service. 3. Persuasive communication skills to effectively address customer concerns and requests. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency with technology and ability to quickly learn new systems and tools. 6. A friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-centric mindset. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
