Job Description - Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Interswitch Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist for a work-from-home position based in Abuja, Nigeria. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, chat, or social media - Providing information about products and services - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Handling customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Adaptable and energetic personality traits - Strong planning and analysis skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent
