Job Description - Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Jumia is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Service Specialist to join our team working from home in Lagos, NG. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and issue resolution - Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively - Work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer inquiries - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 1 year of customer service experience - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment - Adaptability and ability to handle high-stress situations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
