Job Description - Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


Airtel Nigeria is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Success Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure their needs are being met. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 4. Track and analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 5. Support the Customer Success Manager in developing and implementing customer success strategies and initiatives. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continually improve processes and offerings.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a telecommunications or technology company. 2. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service. 4. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Resourceful and able to work independently as well as part of a team. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
