Job Description:
Andela is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients by providing exceptional support and guidance. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level candidates who are looking to gain valuable experience in customer success and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Assist the Customer Success team in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and deliver customer training and onboarding sessions - Monitor client feedback and gather insights to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Assist in creating presentations and materials for client meetings and events - Contribute to planning and executing customer success initiatives and programs - Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and feedback
Requirements: - Energetic and resilient attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in a customer-focused role - Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members - Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment - Must be located in Ibadan, NG and have the ability to work on a part-time basis
