Job Description - Customer Success Associate

Job Description:


As a Customer Success Associate at Jumia in Ibadan, NG, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role. In addition to the qualifications listed below, the ideal candidate will possess traits such as confidence and adaptability, as well as soft skills including innovation and strategic planning.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution - Work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs - Monitor customer accounts and provide regular updates and insights - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services - Lead initiatives to drive customer retention and loyalty - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities for growth - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Act as a brand ambassador by promoting Jumia's products and services


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Knowledge of e-commerce trends and best practices - Experience in the retail or technology industry is a plus
